Secure checkout
Pay through Paystation
Payment for items and selected delivery is completed at checkout. Card details are entered through Paystation’s hosted payment page, and OpShop.Kiwi confirms the order only after receiving a verified successful payment response.
How payment works
From checkout to confirmed order
-
1
Review your order
Check the item details, Store, delivery or collection option, address and total before continuing to payment.
-
2
Pay securely
You are transferred into the supported Paystation payment process to enter your card details and authorise the transaction.
-
3
Payment is verified
OpShop.Kiwi relies on the verified payment response returned by Paystation. A checkout attempt alone does not mean the order has been successfully paid.
-
4
Your order is confirmed
Once payment is successfully confirmed, the order can proceed to the selling Store for fulfilment.
Card security
Your card details are handled through Paystation
OpShop.Kiwi uses Paystation for card payment processing. Your card details are entered within the supported Paystation payment process rather than being entered directly into the OpShop.Kiwi marketplace.
- Payment is completed during checkout
- Card details are entered through Paystation
- OSK uses the verified payment result to confirm the order
- Unsuccessful payment does not confirm the purchase
- Order records retain the transaction status needed to administer the purchase
- Customer and order information is handled under the published Privacy Policy
Payment problems
If payment does not complete
A payment can fail or remain incomplete for a number of reasons, including a declined transaction, incorrect card information, interrupted connection or a problem during the payment process.
If you do not receive confirmation that the order was successfully paid, check your customer account before trying again. If the transaction still looks unclear, contact OpShop.Kiwi support so the order and payment status can be reviewed.
Charges
What you pay at checkout
The checkout total includes the price of the item or items being purchased together with the selected delivery charge and any other applicable amount shown before payment.
Review the complete order total before authorising payment. If anything looks incorrect, do not complete the payment until the issue has been checked.
Refunds
When money needs to be returned
Where a refund is approved because an order cannot be supplied, a return is accepted, or another valid remedy applies, the refund is processed through the supported marketplace payment process.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear can depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
Unexpected transactions
If you do not recognise a payment
If you see an OpShop.Kiwi related transaction that you do not recognise, contact OpShop.Kiwi support promptly and also contact your bank or card issuer where appropriate. Keep any relevant order, payment or account information available so the transaction can be reviewed.
